Scott brings vision and acumen to the team with more than seven years of residential real estate experience. As the managing broker and real estate brains behind the business, he oversees our first-in-class network of real estate brokers. Scott has worked across all residential property types, from vacant lots to 1,200+ unit multifamily developments, all right here in Southern California. This work has allowed him to study and analyze the local residential markets through some of the most tumultuous and volatile times in Southern California Real Estate history.

He is responsible for creating many of the proprietary resources and informational pieces on Scott also works with many banks and servicers to work out distressed assets in the form of REO’s and Short Sales. These strategic partnerships give firsthand insight into the overwhelmingly large and complex inner workings of today’s Southern California distressed real estate industry. With access to some of the largest banks and servicers in the country, draws on Scott’s experiences to forecast future growth and explain current real estate happenings in language that’s easy to digest and comprehend.

Scott presently serves as VP of Acquisitions for a privately held multifamily owner/operator. His responsibilities range from modeling and evaluating new deals to sourcing capital for acquisitions or refinances.

Previously, Scott worked for The RADCO Companies, a national condo developer and commercial workout specialty firm, where he was instrumental in forming its new sales and marketing arm, The R4 Group. During his tenure there, he and his team were responsible for more than $400 million in real estate sales during the worst part of the housing market collapse.

Scott graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Paul brings innovative marketing strategies and web expertise to the partnership. Paul helps business owners use the power of technology, websites, and social media combined with traditional grass roots marketing to increase their bottom line. Paul has been a web developer and technology consultant for the past 7 years. His focus is on automating marketing and sales processes with technology like websites and Customer Relationship Management software (CRMs). His clients range from local retail shop owners to national real estate development firms.

Paul reaches from his experiences and successes as a web developer and brings his expertise to and our clients. He loves finding creative and effective ways to advertise and market our clients homes.

Paul believes in what Zig Zigler teaches which is “You can have everything you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” This philosophy has helped shape his professional and personal lives.
