We are CAPropertyFinder.com–Your partners in Real Estate. We are the first real estate company named after a dot com because we believe that an online presence is more important in today’s world than a brick-and-mortar office location. We are a mobile, streamlined, and technologically savvy company ready to exceed your needs as Real Estate Brokers.

What do you do?

Our mission is to empower California home buyers and sellers with the people, information, and resources necessary to maximize the value of their real estate experience.

What does that mean?

If you’re a buyer, it means we’re going to find you the best home for your needs and negotiate the lowest price on your behalf. If you’re a seller, we’re going to find you a buyer willing to pay the most amount of money during the period of time you hope to sell your home.

Where are you located?

We operate exclusively in California because we understand that being experienced in LOCAL markets is the only way to get the best results for our clients.  We have a corporate office in Glendale, CA and 11 locations throughout Southern California. But most likely you’ll be meeting us at your residence or a nearby home for sale. We operate on a mutual respect for each others time so we like to cut down on any unnecessary back and forth. With GPS, it’s easy to meet you where you’d like to go.

What real estate services do you offer Buyers?

Buyers can take advantage of our full service brokerage and benefit from our Resources section–particularly our Buyers Guide to California Real Estate. Our services are 100% free for buyers. Our commission is paid by the home’s seller so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

What services do you offer Sellers?

Sellers may opt to list their home for sale with one of our local brokers. Since we specialize in Bank Owned/REOs, we are often the first place real estate buyers look to find their new home. What services do you provide for Real Estate Brokers?

We offer many services for real estate brokers. If we choose to partner with you as a Referral Broker, we provide amenities such as cross-promotion through our blog, unlimited video tour postings, and free buyer leads (referral fees paid at time of closing). Are you experienced?

Our team has been involved in more than $450 million of single family real estate sales in California since 2008. Even during the most difficult real estate market in history, we’ve been able to get the job done. Many of our team members have over 20 years of brokerage and investment history in real estate and are happy to share their past real estate experiences with you if you’re willing to share your future experiences with us.
