It’s Spring Time. What does that mean? The selling season has arrived. Historically, spring is a big month for real estate. While volume was down across the board when compared to March, April 2011 was blown away, showing huge gains year over year.

Prices of Single Family homes have really rebounded in the area. Solid double digit pricing growth was seen month over month and year over year in Woodland Hills Single Family Homes. Condos unfortunately, are still falling steeply in price. Chalk this up to the lack of available single family inventory. In some markets, a lack of inventory is slowly showings signs we may be coming into a seller’s market.
